Client Services
Daily Pet Visits
Our basic service where our staff visits your home to care for your pets while you are away. Depending on the animal(s), one to four stops per day are available to them. Cats usually can get by with one daily visit where we clean their litter box(es), administer feeding and/or medications, give fresh water, and offer play and loving time with the cat(s). Dogs need at least two daily visits if they stay indoors, and these stops are usually 12 hours apart; three visits is about every 7 hours during the day and 10 hours overnight. Four visits is needed for dogs who are used to frequent restroom breaks during the day and are spaced every few hours and 9 hours overnight. Dog services include the same as cats plus we offer time outside for restroom breaks and/or walks. All pet visits last 20 to 30 minutes.
Overnight Sitting
For pets who are used to having company overnight, we offer a special overnight package where we spend time with your animal(s) from 9pm to 7am. Overnight stays include two meal times at dinner and breakfast, and services are tailored to each client's needs.
Daily Dog Walking
For clients who work long days; we can come by for a mid-day visit to let your dog(s) outside or go for a walk.
Pet Journals
A free service available to all clients where we record daily activities in the form of a checklist set up for each visit type. We also take photos of your pet(s) to help us tell them apart, so these notes can easily be completed by all pet sitting staff. Many clients love the personalized reporting of these pet journals for their accurate description, ease-of-use, and the little extra notes we write about how the pets feel each day and what they did.
Key Holding
Another free service to all our clients. All keys are kept in a secure location under combination lock at our office, and they are identified by the pet's name for security if someone other than us would find them; also we place engraved tags with our office phone number in case they are lost. This service is especially great for clients who work long hours or travel frequently. Keys can be returned to the client in a predetermined location at their home; picking up and dropping off a key is subject to an additional charge. We are not responsible for keys that are lost when they are left at the home to be picked up by the client after the final visit of their pet sitting.
Pet Taxi
For pets who need to go for a grooming or veterinarian visit; we can come by and take your pet(s) to all their needed appointments. This service is available to cats, dogs, and rabbits; all pet types serviced will have free transportation to their veterinarian in case of an emergency.
Pet Supply Shopping
A service in case your pet(s) run out of food or need extra supplies at the request of the client while we care for them.
House Setting
A once or twice per day visit to your home to bring in newspapers and mail, alternate lights, open and close blinds/curtains, water plants, and inspect for problems with equipment or trouble. These services are included with regular pet visits, but for those who will have no pet(s) at home while away, we can help you make your home more "livable" to distract possible intruders.
