We highly recommend Pets Not Home Alone to anyone who needs pet services! In the spring of 2008, our close friends from church recommended Martha and Zac Welu. Our animals are our children and each has special needs. We were impressed that they met with us twice before our departure, in order to meet our furry "kids", complete a personal interview, and tour our animal's home environment. They were very thorough, asking questions we never even thought of.

We went on a long vacation out of the country and needed pet feeding as well as medications given to our pets. During our trip, Zac and Martha kept a thorough daily diary documenting every visit. They even bring the mail in and tidy up after the animals. They went above and beyond to make sure that our animals were taken care of and that made our trip relaxing and enjoyable.

Since that first trip, we have come to trust them, appreciating their flexibility, honesty, spirit of excellence, and most important, genuine love and care for our pets. They have been dependable, offering an array of pet services at fair prices. Zac has watched our animals several times, including overnight, extended care. We are very thankful that we met these folks and we will definitely use them in the future.
